Influenced and inspired by the acclaimed designers Charles and Ray Eames our stunning modern reproduction of the Eames lounge chair & ottoman is finished to the very highest standards in beautiful fine top grain Italian leather, complimented by 7 ply moulded plywood veneer layers set on a solid metal black swivel base with stainless steel tops and sides as per the original.
The chair does not tilt as it is a one position relaxer chair.

The Designers
Charles and Ray Eames introduced the Eames lounge chair and Ottoman in 1956. The Eames chair and ottoman are widely considered one of the most significant and instantly memorable modern furniture designs of the 20th Century. It was the exhaustive combination of Charles and Ray Eames efforts and their flair and creativity in modern furniture sculpture and Mid Century modern furniture architecture that created a unique club chair using the moulded plywood technology that Charles and Ray Eames had pioneered in the 1940s.
